Requirements
At least 6 years of progressive experience in quality, customer satisfaction initiatives, and patient advocacy.
Demonstrated competencies in Press Ganey, written and oral communications Strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to partner with all levels in a hospital organization to reach strategic service
excellence goals. Ability to assess and intervene in patient service needs and work together with clinical
providers to implement programs and solutions to patient concerns.
